The terms and conditions should be read carefully before using every offer

Offers can be used anytime between 2nd January and 30th December excluding the bank holidays and the celebration periods listed below:

Some partner venues may choose to honour the offer on the below days, this is entirely down to the own discretion.

  • New Year’s Day –   Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day –   Good Friday
  • Easter Sunday –   Easter Monday
  • Early May bank holiday –   Spring bank holiday
  • Father’s Day –   Summer bank holiday
  • Christmas Eve –   Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day –   New Year’s Eve
Offer Rules of Use

General

  • Offers are only redeemable with partner as specified on the Offer and in accordance with the terms set out on the Offer.
  • Offers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Present your Offer(s) prior to requesting your bill or paying for tickets or services.
  • The lesser value (least expensive) item will be deducted from your bill.
  • Offers are exclusive and are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers or promotions.
  • You can use 1 offer per 2 people in each partner venue at one time.
  • Saving amounts listed on the app are an average of the price for the same or similar products/services from the partner venue.

Wine & Dine

  • For example, if a table of six people use offers from the wine & dine section in a partner restaurant, 3 vouchers can be redeemed.
  • Offers are not valid for delivery, unless specified.
  • Discounts do not apply to service charges

Health & Beauty

  • When using a Health & Beauty Offer individually, you will pay full price for the first treatment/visit, and will be provided a voucher by the partner for your second treatment which will be complimentary. Alternatively, you can book a treatment/visit with a friend and spilt the cost.

Leisure & Attractions

  • One Offer are to be shared by two people at the same time. Please refer to the Offer and Partner info for any additional restrictions and/or safety guidelines.

Kids Activities

  • One Offer are to be shared by two children at the same time. Adults can only redeem Offer’s in this section if specifically stated.
Payment of Service

The Customer will, in consideration of the Services provided by OhhSocial, pay all fees upfront bringing their annual agreement end date to 30th December on any given year
The cardholder should not pay for the Service unless he/she agrees to OhhSocial’s terms and conditions.

Your subscription for the next year will be automatically renew.  You need to manually renew and will receive a reminder.

Indemnification

OhhSocial will not be responsible if any Partner product, service or venue permanently closes or refuses to accept any Offer.

OhhSocial will not be responsible in the event that acts of God, fire casualties, illness, injury or other events beyond its control prevents you from using any Offer.

The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their online account.

The Customer hereby undertakes to indemnify OhhSocial and to keep OhhSocial indemnified fully at all times against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal and other professional adviser’s fee) which are made or brought against or incurred by OhhSocial arising as a result (direct or indirect) of any liabilities.

Warranties and Representations

OhhSocial represents, warrants and covenants that it will have and maintain throughout the agreement all technical requirements to perform the Services of the app.

Insurance

OhhSocial shall procure and maintain, at its expense, all necessary insurances required by law.

Suspension of Services

OhhSocial reserves the right to suspend any or all of the Services without notice if the Customer is in breach of any terms of the terms and coniditions.

Refunds

A refund will only be possible within 7 days of purchase, subject to no offers having been redeemed from the app.
