The Customer will, in consideration of the Services provided by OhhSocial, pay all fees upfront bringing their annual agreement end date to 30th December on any given year
The cardholder should not pay for the Service unless he/she agrees to OhhSocial’s terms and conditions.
Your subscription for the next year will not be automatically renew. You need to manually renew and will receive a reminder.
OhhSocial will not be responsible if any Partner product, service or venue permanently closes or refuses to accept any Offer.
OhhSocial will not be responsible in the event that acts of God, fire casualties, illness, injury or other events beyond its control prevents you from using any Offer.
The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their online account.
The Customer hereby undertakes to indemnify OhhSocial and to keep OhhSocial indemnified fully at all times against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal and other professional adviser’s fee) which are made or brought against or incurred by OhhSocial arising as a result (direct or indirect) of any liabilities.
OhhSocial represents, warrants and covenants that it will have and maintain throughout the agreement all technical requirements to perform the Services of the app.
OhhSocial shall procure and maintain, at its expense, all necessary insurances required by law.
OhhSocial reserves the right to suspend any or all of the Services without notice if the Customer is in breach of any terms of the terms and coniditions.
A refund will only be possible within 7 days of purchase, subject to no offers having been redeemed from the app.
