  • What is OhhSocial?

    OhhSocial is an innovative, simple to use smart phone App offering hundreds of exclusive 'Buy One, Get One Free' incentives from leading businesses throughout Northern Ireland.

    The offers run across four sectors; Wine & Dine, Kids Activities, Leisure & Attractions and Health & Beauty.

  • What smart phones are compatible with the App?

    iPhones: OhhSocial is compatible with iPhone 4 and above, running iOS 8.0 or later. Please note that it can be slower to run on the iPhone 4. Search for 'OhhSocial’ in the App Store or iTunes.

    Android phones: OhhSocial is designed for Android phones running Jelly Bean (4.1.2) or later. Google Play will automatically tell you if the App is supported by your device. Not all Android systems are the same and manufactures may modify the operating system with components that may make the device incompatible.

    You can download the App and browse our partner offers for free from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Samsung Apps.

    To avail of the offers, you must pay the subscription fee to activate use.   

  • Where can I purchase?

    You can now purchase our fantastic 2017 subscription through the App stores or via our website.

    Annual subscription will give you access to exclusive offers from now until 31.12.2017.

  • How do I create an account?

    You can create your account via the App.

    If you are signing in for the first time you may have to register your details by clicking on the sign in/register tab. Simply enter the required details to create your account.  You will then receive a confirmation email.

    Once registered you will receive a notification via the app to pay the annual or monthly subscription fee.

  • How does the App work?

    1. Download the app and register your account

    2. Purchase your 2017 subscription or monthly subscription to unlock the offers

    3. Select the offer you would like to redeem

    4. When asking for the bill, inform the staff at the partner venue.  The business will enter their unique pin and remove the total amount you have saved from you bill.

  • How long are the products available?

    Our products are valid each calendar year, running from 2nd January until 30th December annually, excluding public holidays and other specified days.

  • If I purchase the annual product later in the year, will I get a discount?

    As the App is so competitively priced and essentially ‘pays for itself’ after only 1-2 redemptions; the price will not be discounted.

     

  • How many offers can be redeemed with each Partner?

    Each partner will have 3 offers which you can use throughout the year.  You can only use 1 offer per 2 people in each partner venue at one time.

    With the exception of the Health & Beauty Offers or some Fitness offers which may be redeemed both times by the same person.

  • Can I download on more than one phone?

    You can use one annual subscription on multiple phones.

    To log in on another device you simply download the App for free from your App store.  Once installed you can log into your account to access your subscription.

  • I have forgotten my password?

    If you forget the password then simply click/tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or App. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

  • Can I see how much I have saved?

    Of course!  This is just one of our amazing features, once you successfully redeem an offer you will see an estimate of how much you have just saved.  

    If you go to the ‘Savings’ tab within the App menu you will see the total amount of estimated savings you have made this year to date.

  • Internet connection requirements

    You will need an active Internet connection through your own mobile device or Wi-Fi connection to redeem your offers.

    **Please be aware, not all partners will have Wi-Fi in their venue**
